Converting Body Weight from lbs to kg

This is pretty quick and easy. There is 2.2 lbs per kg. You can convert it the long way OR use this quick process:

• 1. Get the person's weight

  2. divide the weight in half

  3. then take 10% off the weight

Example:

• • I weight 235lbs

  • half weight is 117.5 (round up) so it is 118

  • 10% of 118 is 11.8 or 12

  • 118-12=106

  • So, my weight in kg is 106kg
